ShoppingFeeder is a Cape Town- based tech startup which helps small businesses gain access to more customers through our software service.
We are looking for a driven and switched on account manager who will support our clients in growing online traffic and revenues, predominantly from Google Shopping. You will do this by developing client-specific strategies whilst leveraging and enhancing our ShoppingFeeder software service.

- Creation and management of client campaigns
- Optimisation and enhancement of product data
- Development of new Google Shopping optimisation techniques
- Some ad hoc after hours work, to liaise with international clients in various time zones.

- Good knowledge and experience of product feeds & data
- Excellent understanding of Excel and the AdWords interface, AdWords certification advantageous
- Strong experience in the retail sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven, focused, problem-solver
- One to two years of account management experience
- One to two years of experience working with Google Ads and Google Partners
- Experience in e-commerce advantageous
- Sales experience advantageous
