To help us drive our success into the future, we are looking for an experienced Knowledge Manager to join our dedicated CTO team at our JHB offices. Standard Bank is a leading African banking group focused on emerging markets globally. Facilitate a process of defining and gathering a repository of knowledge which includes but is not limited to toolkits, standards, policies, processes, and procedures to support users with relevant information for use in delivery by the Group Information Technology team

Responsibilities

Design, maintain and update the knowledge repository application using application configurators, and in alignment to knowledge management standards, to ensure that the repository easy to navigate and the data stored is easy to access. Ensure that the design of the repository enables effective self-management of content by the community of users

Develop, implement and facilitate processes to ensure that all content gathered and uploaded is both relevant and up-to-date to ensure the effective delivery by the Group Information Technology team

Design, in consultation with application specialists, relevant reports as and when required, measuring key metrics as defined in the design phase to ensure the effective use of the knowledge repository.

Requirements

First Degree in Marketing
