Create monthly social media calendars, by working with the content creation team to develop content in line with the brands image & communication objectives. Manage online customer relationships and reputation.
Content management of the brands mobile application. Updating of content in line with brand campaigns & promotions. Management of product images.
Website & E-commerce
Management of the company website and Blog content. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website. Management of the online shop, loading & delisting products, working with the supply chain team to fulfil orders & dealing with customer service requests. Setting up and managing campaigns to drive sales, utilising other digital channels to drive lead generation & sales conversion.
Customer Relationship Management and Data Analytics
Gather, analyse and feedback data received via various platforms (e.g. vida application, online channels etc). Prepare monthly feedback reporting to Management and quarterly reviews on various segments.
Source and develop content to drive email marketing initiatives, campaigns and monthly newsletters to customer database.
Online Brand Partnership Management
Manage the online activities of all brand collaborations with ambassadors & partners, such as Discovery Vitality & Insure, local influencers, celebrities, etc.
